Jabatan Kejuruteraan Elektrik, Politeknik Kuching Sarawak menawarkan DUA program pengajian iaitu:
Jabatan ini di terajui oleh Encik Nizar Bin Ahmad selaku Ketua Jabatan Kejuruteraan Elektrik serta dibantu oleh Encik Abdul Fata Bin Abdul Talip selaku Penolong Ketua Jabatan serta 2 orang Ketua Program iaitu Puan Azarina Binti Azman selaku Ketua Program Diploma Kejuruteraan Elektrik & Elektronik (DEE) dan Encik Mohd Nor Fadli Bin Abu Kassim selaku Ketua Program Diploma Kejuruteraan Elektronik (Komunikasi) (DEP).
Jabatan Kejuruteraan Elektrik, Politeknik Kuching Sarawak mempunyai kekuatan tenaga kerja yang terdiri daripada pensyarah gred DH54, DH52, DH48, DH44 , DH42 dan DH41. Purata jumlah keseluruhan pelajar yang merangkumi kedua-dua program pengajian dianggarkan sejumlah 400 pelajar pada satu-satu sesi.
Synopsis | The Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering programme is designed to cover the broad discipline of electrical and electronic engineering which includes electrical and electronic principles, computer fundamental and programming, computer aided design, semiconductor devices, communication systems, wiring installation, power system, electrical machine and programmable logic controller.
